Join our 6 Week Healthy Challenge

Registration is now open for our national 6 week healthy challenge. This is a HEALTH challenge for those who would just like to have some fun team support getting back on track to their healthy journey and commit to either….

Maintaining your weight to no more than 1% of where you were when you started or losing up to 5.9%.

Or we have the second category for those who would like to lose at least 6% over the 6 week time period using ANY HEALTH PROGRAM you like. It’s fun and great to have support.

Of course if you would like to do our Take Shape program for your weight loss I would suggest you get with me and order your food by January 5th.

Take Shape Tuesday Congratulations to Amy

In Amy’s own words….

I lost 119.5 pounds and have maintained that loss. My original goal was to lose 100 pounds which I did in a year. Then, after maintaining that loss, I decided to go for an even healthier weight for my body.health

I am a 38 (39 in January!!! Eek!!) year-old mom, I found this plan so easy to work into my life and experienced results that were beyond anything I could have imagined.

When my twin girls were three, I read an article that said that the number one factor in a child’s health and weight both during childhood and adulthood was the health and weight of the mother, I FINALLY decided that I had to try this program. I had very little hope of it working because nothing else I had tried from extreme diets to constant workouts had budged the scale more than 20 pounds. I was absolutely shocked at how easily and quickly I lost weight while eating food I enjoyed 6 times a day. Right about when I would begin to feel hungry, it was time to eat again! The thing that attracted me to this program is that it just made sense. I feel like it is kind to my body instead of trying to punish it into submission. I have loved having the support of my own health coach. I have found it very easy to maintain. I, honestly, never thought it was possible to, at almost 40 I weighed the same as I did in high school while feeling better than I did at 25!!

Take Shape Tuesday Congratulations to Gary

A Great Big congratulations Gary.
Gary’s story to amazing health goes way beyond his weight loss of 70 lbs.
With hereditary high cholesterol and high blood pressure in his family Gary thought maybe with his weight lossgary
and working on improving his health it would might improve these two areas of his health also,
though not overly confident due to it being hereditary.
Today no high BP or Cholesterol, no medications and Gary is Thriving Daily with amazing Health.

Take shape Tuesday Congratulations to Erin

January 2013 I realized it was time to take control of my life and make some serious changes!

I was no longer able to do things I wanted to do! Walking was exhausting! I spent most of my time in bed or sitting on the couch watching tv and eating my life away!Erin

I joined the gym and started changing the way I was eating! In November I started working with a health coach and was finally able to do things that I wanted to do! I climbed diamond head! This last summer I was able to play on the jet skis, ride the tube behind the boat, and when I fell off I could pull my self back up! The most amazing feeling! I can accomplish anything! I have currently lost 135lbs and am still continuing my journey to reach my final weight goal!

In about a month I will run a 5k for the first time ever!

I have had the most amazing support from my health coach and I would not be where I am today if I had not taken the jump and trusted my coach through it all! It hasn’t always been easy but it’s been a journey I am proud of!
