I know that most everyone looks at January 1st as the day to start many new things including losing weight and getting healthy so my hope is that these 12 days before the new years these will help motivate and get you excited about the changes you want to make.

Ben, just spent a few days in Mexico fishing, successfully! The picture on the left is Ben just over 3 years ago,the picture on the right is Ben in Mexico a couple weeks ago doing what is his passion!! Ben’s story is not unique, he made a decision to change his Health. BenBen started his journey at 370 lbs and lost 175 lbs and has kept it off for over two years. I could go on writing about all the benefits that creating health in his life has brought Ben, but it’s too much to list here.
