8 Days till a New Year and a New You

I know that most everyone looks at January 1st as the day to start many new things including losing weight and getting healthy so my hope is that these 12 days before the new years these will help motivate and get you excited about the changes you want to make.
Kaye’s Precious Present: In March of 2014, Kaye, age 65, began to rewrite her life-story and is now experiencing the gift of health this Christmas season. Kaye began her journey by joining the Athletic Club and enrolling in our Healthy Weight Loss Program offered at the Club.

Kaye is now a regular exerciser and as-of December 18, 2014 has not only tossed aside her cane but also lost 123 lbs! This journey has taken her from 292.4 lbs to 169.3 lbs, while dropping an accumulative of 70.5 inches in her measurements. Kaye’s thigh is now within ½ inch of the starting measurement of her calf and she has lost over 17” in her waist! Very soon Kye will reach her goal weight, begin transition and then move to the maintenance stage. It is then she plans to realize her next goal by acquiring a new pony and begin horseback riding once again.

Make 2015 your year to regain the healthy life you were meant to enjoy.
