“When I weighed 242 pounds, I had big issues with mobility, foot and knee pain, inability to stand or walk for longer periods of time, inability to rise from sitting on the floor with any degree of gracefulness. I also had health issues including high blood pressure and “pre-diabetic” blood sugar levels. Since I have shed 95 pounds though this program and with the help of my wonderful coaches, I have regained so much! And I can truly get around without worrying whether my plans are beyond my stamina. I am planning a trip to Europe next year and that would have been beyond my abilities last year!” Betsy is LOVING LIFE again.… and you can too !!!
