After hitting a weight loss plateau for a matter of months, I was feeling discouraged and unmotivated to keep working towards a healthier body.
Thankfully, on Jan. 10th, 2011 I started this program…my first day was the same day my college football team (University of Oregon, Ducks) played for the National Championship.
I knew if I could make it through a football party and remain loyal to the program, then I could certainly find success on this plan.
Within a few short months I had lost my remaining 25 lbs. I’ve now maintained my weight loss for over 2 years.
