Before I started the program, I weighed 151 lbs. I was stuck in this awkward phase of wanting to lose weight but I just couldn’t figure out how to get the pounds to start dropping. My main motivation was to get my body in shape and healthy before my husband and I start a family. It is very important to me to have a healthy pregnancy while also trusting my body can adapt and lose the post pregnancy weight.
After months of trying on my own and not getting the results I wanted, I lost motivation and confidence. Then I was introduced to the program and a my health coach. It seemed unbelievable at first, that is was so easy for me to lose weight with the 5&1 meal plans but it was also fun to learn so much about my body and the foods it needs to be healthy. I now weigh 126 lbs and have lost 25 lbs in only 2.5 months. With the education I received from the program and my health coach, it has given me new confidence and motivation to stay on track and keep the weight off while I focus on becoming even more fit and someday raise a healthy family with my husband.
