Take Shape Tuesday Congratualtions to Karen

Karen turned 50 and found that she was one box away from obese on the BMI chart. She also had the early stages of high blood pressure and knew where that lead. Karen’s family suffers from heart disease and diabetes and she didn’t want to go that route. She lived on acid re flux medicine and had daily naps and headaches. Karen went on our plan and lost 42 pounds. Karen has kept it off for over three years! She says, “I rarely have headaches and don’t need any medications. I am now 55 and feel better than I have felt in years!”

The great thing is that not only did Karen lose thew weight, but she has learned the habits of health to maintain her healthy weight!
