End of Week 2 of my12 week Transformation

Two weeks accomplished with 10 weeks to go to a smaller healthier me. I am loving the 12 week transformation because I receive an email once a day that is helping me learn and focus on the future healthier self. I talk to my coach once a week who is a great help and inspiration to me. There is still time to join us in the 12 weeks, you can start anytime up to March 1, 2014.
