Today is the day! Yes it is the first day of a new year and many people are making positive changes! I am not one so much for the new years resolutions but I am for reflecting on the past year and planning what I want for the year to come.

This year we are able to offer a rather unique 12 week health challenge that might fit in well with your goals for 2014. What makes this challenge unique is that it is not just a “Diet” or “Biggest Loser” competition, that is one category, but there is also healthy eating, healthy movement, healthy mind and healthy sleep.
