Joes lost 85 lbs and has kept it off for almost 5 years now

This program will be the easiest plan you have ever tried. If I can do it while commercial fishing out on the Pacific Ocean any one can! I was not supportive, originally, of my wife doing this, but then thought it might help her if I was doing it with her. I lost 85 lbs. What I really like about this program is the behavior modification. We learn to eat 6 smaller, well-balanced meals per day that takes care of cravings.
