Both Mike and I had worked on trying to lose weight and be healthy, and we thought we were doing all we could but we continued to gain and get bigger no matter what we tried. Mike’s doctor was continually telling him he needed to do something more to get out of the danger zone with his cholesterol. He would try to eat better and exercise, but his cholesterol was still very high. Finally, I found this program, began to lose weight quickly and I felt amazingly energetic. I wasn’t hungry and was losing inches immediately. Mike decided to give it a go, and within 1 month due to weight loss, his high cholesterol went into the “normal” range! We both lost pounds and inches in 10 weeks. He lost 45 and I lost 25lbs. I (Heidi) went from a tight size 12 to a 2, Mike went from a 36 to a 32 inch waist and a 17″ neck to a 15 1/2″. We’ve continued to keep the weight off after 2.5 years and with this program, we intend to stay healthy for life!
