I figured after having a baby I would bounce right back and the weight would just come right off. Boy was I WRONG! A year after baby I was 20 pounds from my start weight. I had seen my mom lose and help others lose hundreds of pounds and I knew i could do it to. I started the program and I lost 15 pounds in just 5 weeks! Every week when I stepped on the scale ย couldn’t believe my eyes and I was loving fitting into all my clothes again. Suddenly my closet became like a whole new wardrobe. I had so much energy on the program I didn’t want it to end! It was the easiest, best decision I ever made! I felt like ME again, and I knew that meant being a better Mom too.
