A Doctor learns the simple healthy way to lose weight




I have been on one diet or plan after another my entire adult life. I considered it a victory to only gain a small amount every month, as I figured I would be morbidly obese if I were not doing some plan or another. When I retired from medicine, I thought I had it licked as I assumed that exercise was the answer. I joined a gym and increased my exercise until I was working out 12 hours/week and using a personal trainer. Even then I could not lose. My trainer suggested a different way, a healthier way (and I had to drastically reduce my exercise.) I lost 30# in just over 3 months and have maintained that loss since 2009. It changed my life.
