Can I just say, stress and not being mindful take me away from where I want to go. I did make a great choice in buying a Nike FuelBand Saturday and would love to have you join me with yours and encourage each other with our daily activity.

  1. Thanks again for the inspiration! I had been thinking about investing in some sort of activity tracker. I know there are a lot of them out on the market nowadays. The Nike fuelband seems fairly easy to use. I’ll check into it and friend you if I get one! Hey and remember, you’ve been releasing a lot of stress hormones into your body and those are biologically real. I can’t remember the name of those hormones that Dr. A refers to but they release chemicals in our body that are real strong and produce cravings. So give yourself grace and if you have time this week to schedule in a massage I highly recommend it. The massage will release the good chemicals back into your body to combat the stress ones.
