Having a hard time playing or keeping up with your kids?

I never had any weight issues my entire life. Then, I got married and my weight started to creep up. And it continued to go up as I had each of my 3 children.
I felt awful, hated to play outside with my kids because I just didn’t have the energy and couldn’t keep up. Sadly, it took my mother passing away from Diabetes to jumpstart my efforts. I saw what she endured as she went through her dialysis program 3 times a week and made a decision that this would not happen to me and my family. As we all know, so many health issues can easily be prevented by keeping our weight in check!

My OB/GYN office recommended this program. I couldn’t believe how easy it was to shed the weight (especially with my crazy daily routine with the kids). I lost 35 lbs (and went from a size 12 to a 2)! My life has changed dramatically. I never exercised before, and now I run, spin, ski, and play tennis. Who knows what will be next?
