A pre- diabetic loses weight and gets healthy numbers

I have lost 44 pounds in four months which is the most success I have had on any weight loss program. I am literally doing nothing but eating six meals a day as prescribed, and the pounds are melting away! The convenience of the program is a big help; I no longer worry about what meals to prepare, deciphering calories and ingredients, or constantly measuring food. Another wonderful benefit is that my health has improved. When I started the program, my glucose level was 134, which is actually entering the diabetes zone. Today, four months later, as a result of weight loss my glucose level has reduced to a healthy 79. My cholesterol level was high at 217, and as a result of weight loss it is now 165.
