Once James lost a little weight, then he felt good enough to add exercise

My wife came home one day and told me that she wanted me to check out a weight loss program. She had been wanting me to lose weight, but I wasn’t motivated. I decided to give it a try to make her happy. I was really happy with just how simple it was. I lost 20 pounds the first month, just by changing how and what I ate. After I had lost about 30 pounds, I felt good enough to start to going to the gym. It took me nine months to lose 100 pounds. I really feel great and have so much more energy now.
