A one time athlete mother of four needed to lose over 100 lbs

“As a daughter of a doctor I always knew that it was important to eat right and stay fit. However, after my athletic days were over and I started having kids my body was completely out of control. I had gained a lot of weight and it seemed impossible to get it off. I tried diet after diet and they either did not work or worked so slowly that I could not keep up my motivation. After the birth of my fourth baby I started this program. I lost 104 lbs. I found myself able to wear my skinny jeans! I found myself WANTING to be in pictures with my family! It was wonderful. I had energy and I could keep up with my kids! It truly changed my life.”
