July 30We have spent the month of July on Freedom…. Have you experienced any new found freedom this month?

I can say i am free from 5 lbs of fat…yeah !!!!!

  1. I too had a rough week, emotional eating. Love the bracelet idea, need a visual to help me stay focused. I have a skinny picture of myself on the fridge but when I go out, that’s the problem, take out for the kids, etc…Each morning I “plan” on doing great, then something happens at around 2:00 in the afternoon, hunger hits, bad choices made, ugh!!!! I will succeed, just a slow starter this time around ๐Ÿ™‚

      One thing you might do is set a time on your phone or somewhere for 1:30 ( a little before the usual meldown) and take 5 minutes to meditate on your WHY, Why you want to lose weight, what that will make you feel like, how that will change your thoughts about yourself. try it for a few days and let me know if that helps you get past the 2:00 meltdown.
