  1. I go for a bike ride, the gym or call a friend 🙂
    Getting out into nature works well too!

  2. I clean toilets and/or kitty litter, nothing spoils an appetite better.

  3. I brush my teeth. Nothing like toothpaste to make me think twice about eating something sweet.
