When going through a program to lose weight, most people will concentrate on the things they feel they have to give up and not on what they want to accomplish.
That was me, “I would have to give up sweets, chocolate, chips” and so on..that is the wrong attitude and it failed me every time…. I needed to do an attitude adjustment….. I am concentrating not on what I was giving up, but on what I want !!!
When I am focused on what I want, instead of thinking about what I dont want, my attitude changes to a positive. A positive attitude enables me to feel free and happy about what I am doing and I will more likely be successful at it.
