  1. yahoo, congrats! I’m so proud of you Sue. You are mentally so there and realizing so much on this journey. I have no doubt that you will reach your desired outcome and be freed forever from the mental chains that have bound you.

  2. Great Job, Sue!! You are well on your way! I’m right there with you, though….
I hate the thought of getting on the scale, I always have! I look at it, hop on, with eyes closed, (is that supposed to make it less painful), then take a very quick peak, if it’s good I relish in the moment, if it’s not so good, I hop off, quick like a bunny!

  3. You are off to such a great new chapter in your life:-)
So wonderful how your sharing your journey – very Powerful- Your intentions are clear and you are creating the life you desire- doesn’t get much better than that!!!

  4. I also stress about the scale. When it doesn’t go down I get VERY frustrated and doubts start to creep into my mind. Should I keep going or is it really worth it.

I am going to try to stay more focused with positive thoughts. Thanks for the inspiration!!

    • How funny is it Kerry-Jo that we do this to ourselves. I know it is so worth it and if we work on freeing ourselves from the self doubt we will be more able to continue on the journey and achieve our goals.

  5. Sue–first tell your sons again thank you for serving. I love your blog. The scale was one of the hardest things for me to conquer but I finally realized that that # is not a measure of my success. You are one of the most generous, tender hearted, beautiful inside and out women I have ever met. My continued prayer for you is that you look in the mirror one day and see yourself as others see you–as God sees you: Fearfully and wonderfully made. Praying for you…Sally
