  1. Dont be overwhelmed with how much weight you want to lose. You gained it one pound at a time and you can lose it one pound at a time. When I think of how much weight i need to lose, it makes me crazy and I tend to throw in the towel…So for today…I am looking forward to losing that next pound in the next couple of days.

  2. Yes I can. I make small daily choices that helps me stay focused on my goal.

  3. And that is the only way you can lose what you need to get to a healthy weight because it keeps your focus healthy. When it becomes a journey for HOW MUCH today it loses all value and becomes about the #’s not the lifestyle. I was wondering what my own journey would be like if I had not finally learned this concept. I am still within 4 pounds of my goal weight after all these years (20 this year). What I care about is being healthy–int he process I am steadfast on the scales.
    God is good.
